LJD Luke Johnson Designs partners with third-party print-on-demand companies for fulfillment and shipment. LJD does not have control over the time it takes to print items and ship them. 

Currently Economy, Express & Standard Shipping are FREE. Premium and other charge rates consistent with industry standards based on weight and distance.

LJD primarily partners with Kin Custom for print-on-demand and shipping. This is because the quality of their goods and services is excellent, ethical, and sustainably-sourced. Because every product is handmade on-demand and we do not carry inventory, we average 3-5 business day production upon order receipt plus average 7-14 days shipping and offer the following shipping methods:

Express (International): 3-5 business days, dropshipped to the end customer directly from China.

Premium (International): 4-7 business days, dropshipped to the end customer directly from China.

Standard Plus (International): 3-5 business days in US, 7-14 business days international, dropshipped to end customer from multiple locations. 

Standard (International): 15 business days, dropshipped to end customer directly from China.  


Please note, shipping times are estimated and also are contingent upon destination. Once a shipment has left our manufacturing centers, our carriers assume responsibility of the shipment and therefore Kin Custom On Demand cannot guarantee delivery times, only estimate them. For Home Goods, we average 10 business day production. If you are in a US territory or have an APO address check out our delivery times here.

All packages will require signatures upon delivery. However, carrier protocol is to leave the package at a specific location without signature if the delivery area meets carrier safety measures. You may visit the following carrier websites to adjust your delivery options.

Two delivery attempts are made from shipping carriers. After two attempts have been made, the package will remain at a local facility for 7 days before sending back to the shipper or you may risk having it destroyed. If you miss the second attempt, please contact the carrier to confirm which local facility the package is located at for pickup. Once a shipment is destroyed, Kin Custom On Demand cannot refund the order. If you have issues retrieving your package, please contact Kin Custom and we are happy to assist in getting your package successfully delivered.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
